Since November I have had a tingling feeling that has been running down the side of my right leg after a poorly executed burpee. I have been visiting the Dr. on and off about the pain sine and it had always been diagnosed to muscular until yesterday. After a physical sadly reported to me that I had a herniated disc and to stop TurboFire. This wasn't the news that I was hoping for.
When you have been active for 3 months in a row it's hard to stay still. Knowing that I needed to regroup it gave me the opportunity to think of others who may be in the same situtation. Having a lot to lose but physically can't do a challenge. Because of this I created a New Facebook Challenge group called Back 2 Basics 101!
