The truth on 2 Fat Busters
Thursday, July 04, 2013
Love those healthy checks. I have to admit at first I hated them. Especially the vitamin and oil checks. I would overwhelm myself trying to figure out how to consume this. Yes... it may sound stupid but I actually thought I had to consume oils by the spoonful. (Blech) but then I remembered a Dr. Oz article about fat busters: Raspberry Ketones (RK) and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA).For 3 weeks I have been added 2 RK pills to my daily regimen. I'm also taking CLA 2x a day but I have been hooked on this healthy fat for about 6 months now. With diet and exercise these pills are phenomenal. I am looking leaner and have no digestive side effects. So far I have lost 4 inches off of my waist, 3 inches off my thighs, 2 inches from my chest and 3 inches off of my hips!
In addition to this I am also taking 1 Omega3 and a daily vitamin. I had a hard time remember when and which pills I was taking to I bought a pill organizer from Walmart and keep it in my purse for the whole week.
So again here is my pill break down for an entire week:
Breakfast- OneADay Vitamin, CLA, RK
Lunch- Omega3
Dinner- CLA, RK

Here is what I use to keep track of my pills. Anymore I would need a bigger container...lol But seriously Walmart does carry a bigger one if you need to take more pills for medical needs.

Before Tracking

So maybe you're new to WW or maybe you have been doing this for a long time. I think many can relate to looking back at the beginning of their quest of change.
The first thing you should know is I am a foodie. I LOVE food. The flavors, texture and smell. I enjoy trying new things and I love to cook. How I got to the point to over indulge and go for seconds or thirds is beyond me. Yes, sometimes it was emotional eating but I trained my brain not care how much I consumed.
The first week of tracking my food for me was horrifying. I really didn't want to do it or thought it would make any difference. Boy was I wrong. I made up my mind I would not change anything about my eating habits that first week because I wanted a true reflection of how many points I was eating. And to my surprise I was eating 65 to 74 points a day. The ugly truth came out like a nasty pimple on a teenagers forehead...lol Was it really a surprise though? No. I just didn't want to face reality. The second week I tried not eating beyond my points and I lost weight. And since then I do the same thing and am finding success. Eat within your points and move. It's that simple.
I'm still not at eating within my 37 points but I don't use all of my weekly points and swap activity points. Everyday is a challenge but I find it gets easier. This week I'm focusing on not swapping all my activity points.
